Again what is an economist? Is Lina Khan an economist. She was head of the antitrust department. Arguably the most important economic agency other than the Federal Reserve.
I can list a lot. But too many of them are deplorable. Having a PHD in econ is meaningless.
Phd or not there are a lot of economists. In this post I focused on those who write about the economy and share core economic concepts, with their real names, with or with out the PhD.
Thank you for the shout-out! And great job on being one of the economists who show up. I'm glad to see such a large list (Jadrian's list included) of economists posting to the public. I plan to be active again after I am finished with my next video. :)
Thanks for including me! Here are some of the economists I read who talk about economic policy:

Thanks Jadrian, for providing this list.
What a great idea. Please add me for April. Thank you.
Thanks Knotty Economist.

@PEIOI, please list the ones you know.
I can’t right now sweetie. I am working on a big Substack article. Thanks for asking.
Is it possible that if I write economy of Indonesia here on substack, I can have my name enlisted there?

Thanks Jordan. Looking forward to your posts.
Honored to be included in this list! I definitely have some more names that can be added. Will comment back soon!
I appreciate if you could drop their names here for the April 2026 listing.
